About The Organisation

Vidya Bharti Gujarat Pradesh affiliated with Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan is one of the largest non governmental organization with special focus on education and nation development. Established in 1952, The organization has extended its services in length and breadth of India, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Gujarat to Western Part of the country. Few committed and patriotic individuals who considered education as an artifice to educate young generation according to Indian values and culture started the first school in Gorkhpur, UP in 1952. The School was named Swaraswati Shishu Mandir Temple of Goddess Saraswati dedicated to children. Number of such schools increased rapidly across UP and then across the nation. A state level Shishu Shiksha Prabandh Samiti was formed in 1958 for proper guidance and planned development. To Manage the affairs in different regions, state level committees were set up. The formation of nation body came into the picture in 1977 and Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharratiya Shiksha Sansthan was established with its registered office at Lukhnow and fuctional headquarter in Delhi.

Our mission is to develop a national system of education which would help building a generation of young men and women committed to nation, infused with patriotic fervour; physically, mentally and spiritually. We intend to make them capable of successfully facing challenges of life; dedicated to the service of our brothers and sisters who dwell in villages, forests, slums and are deprived; so that they are liberated from the shackles of social evils and injustice. We intend to develop a cadre of individuals who are devoted and can contribute to harmonious, prosperous and culturally rich nation.
